One can never get too much exposure when it comes to getting help. Above Waters Project advocates for justice for those of us trapped in the criminal justice system and for those reentering society. We advocate for evidence-based practices and policies with a mind to principles of restorative and transformative justice. Above Waters Project conducts broad-based research to document and analyze the conditions inside Colorado halfway houses and advocates for change at the state and local levels.

Above Waters Project works to ensure that all those in Colorado Community Corrections are able to access medical care. We recognize this as a pressing issue and a basic human right that must be ensured.
